Legal Bases for Processing
Data processing is based on three transparent grounds: (1) accounts, authentication, and workspaces rely on the performance of the requested service; (2) reading, responding to, and managing suggestions or inquiries rely on legitimate interest to follow up; (3) publishing contribution summaries on the community board requires prior, optional, and revocable consent.
Retention Periods
User accounts remain active until requested for cancellation or erasure. Community contributions published on the public board contain only the concise summary written by the team and are archived or removed upon simple request.
Data Subject Rights & Supervisory Authority
You retain full rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection via info@nhg-base.com. If you believe your data has not been processed lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority (in Portugal, CNPD at cnpd.pt).
Anonymous Access Metrics
This public website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics solely for aggregate measurement of traffic volume and country distribution. It uses zero cookies or local storage, collects no personal data, creates no user profiles, and never tracks across websites.

Closed Pilot & Experimental Nature
NHG is currently in a closed and experimental pilot. Access is granted by invitation to test features and gather feedback. Do not use the pilot for sensitive, confidential, third-party data, or critical processes. The scope and continuity of the service may evolve during this phase.
Fair Use and Mutual Respect
Access is granted for legitimate personal, associative, academic, and business purposes. Any use for unlawful activities, harassment, spamming, or security tampering is strictly prohibited.
Content Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property and ownership over all goals, tasks, projects, and documents created within your workspaces in the ecosystem.
